The

dyeing, more over the manufacturing process has been organized carefully
in order to guarantee the best quality and flexibility of the service.
A remarkable help to quality comes from the use of automatic processes that allow the process standardization in order to eliminate the causes of imperfections.

over dyeworks Alessandrini has underlaid the flexibility of service and
it has organized systems in order to obtain baths from a minimum of 1Kg
to a maximum of 800Kg over 41 total tanks, so it is possible to adapt
to the various customers' needs and to offer always the best service.
The maximum capacity in skeins dyeing is about 7000Kg in a day.
The dyeworks Alessandrini offers another important service: The print for skeins with a maximum of 8 colours and with a manufacturing capacity of 1000Kg a day.
It will be opened soon a new section to execute dyeing in sprockets with a capacity of 3000Kg a day and therefore dyeworks Alessandrini will be able to extend the range of service offered to its customers.
