The process of skeins' dyering consists in a series of phases that are optimized to obtain high quality levels:

The SETUP PHASE of skeins is carried out through the use of numerical control devices to speed up the process.

The DYEING of dyestuff is done in tanks controlled by a local microprocessor used for the purpose of minitoring the working process and the automatic dosage of chemical products and dyeing auxiliaries. Every tank is linked to a centralized control system.

The DRYING PHASE is accomplished through the use of automated dryers; after the squeezing (that is a drying way immunes to the rufflement effect tipically found in centrifugation) follows the conditioning of the specific yarn kind.

The control of the entire production is monitored by a remote information system capable to check the working process and to track the position of a specific sample in the entire working chain.
